First Friday Club was official press office partner at The National Nuclear Manufacturing Conference on the 1st July, at the MTC facility in Coventry. The event was timed to follow the UK Government’s spending review, which included announcements on nuclear investments at Sizewell C power station and the Small Modular Reactor (SMR) competition.

As well as securing the compere from Nuclear Engineering International, we generated interest with multiple editors from the UK’s trade and technical media – and we shared press packs from attendees following the event.

The main conference day attracted 300 people and included sessions from government and industry leaders and explored opportunities for the nuclear energy supply chain.
